There are more than 100 Halloween events happening in Seattle tonight, Tuesday, October 31, some of which are extravagant costume parties. But if you want to party in your costume for cheap, there are plenty of options that won't cost more than $10 and don't require advance planning. We've rounded them all up below, ranging from Troll-o-Ween to trick-or-treating, and from the Triple Door's Monster Mash Halloween Party to the geeky Halloween at The Lab. KEXP’s second annual Halloween Open House promises plenty of treats, but no tricks. See crafts from SeattleArtLeague, pose in a photo booth, take a tour of the station, go on a KEXPassport Scavenger Hunt, and enjoy treats and discounts on horror LPs at Light in the Attic record shop. 3. Troll-o-Ween
The Fremont Troll is frequently held up by travel guides as an icon of Fremont's artsy, underground "quirkiness." Nowadays, expensive condos bear the name of the Volkswagen-clutching cement giant. But if Fremont's changing, the Fremont Arts Council still knows how to throw a hell of a weird party. This Halloween, the Fremont Troll will reach the ripe old age of 27. Help it through its quarter-life crisis by putting on your spookiest getup and galavanting down 36th Avenue during the Haunt of Fremont and Trollogogo.

19. Diagon Alley
With the help of his wife and two daughters, Seattle's Jon Chambers has been hard at work constructing a walk-through replica of Diagon Alley, the cobblestoned wizarding hub that snakes behind the Leaky Cauldron pub in Harry Potter, which he completed just in time for Halloween. In an interview with GeekWire, Chambers said: "I was born the day before Halloween, and October is like my power month. So I decided to quit my job and focus on this crazy thing." What better way to ring in All Hallows' than with a good old fashioned séance? Join a host of "ghoul-loving, machine-wielding, and noise-making" people for a night of music and dancing (and presumably some spirit-raising). Stop Biting has been a blazing hive of hiphop activity since June 2004. Every last Tuesday at Lo-Fi Performance Gallery, b-boys and b-girls gather for what has become a major talent magnet in Seattle's hiphop ecology. Head to the back room and marvel as dancers twirl, headspin, giant step, shuffle, glide, spasm, uprock, pop, lock, and commit dozens of other athleticisms while DJs drop nonstop gems to inspire the action.
